need help in elsword !!!

ohaio my friends

I have a problem with elsword ,my problem is that when its update the patch file its says "failed to update try again later"
and after that the game will be deleted ,i have re-install it and re-uninstall it for 100 times !!! and still the same problem ,this problem started for me for the last week and till know ,I have gone to elsword website and ask for help but everything i have tried as they said are not working with me......
I HAVE ONE IDEA MAY FIX IT ,CAN SOMEONE HERE UPLOAD FOR ME HIS "DATA FILES" AND HIS "PATCH FILE" ,THIS MAY FIX IT

He had to reinstall the game.
So try doing that.

I have reinstall it 6 times know ,and the last one made the game works
